About Dharma Trail
Dharma Trail is a home for the Jātaka, the birth stories of the Buddha, retold for children and the grown-ups who read with them.
Why these stories
Each Jātaka follows a character through a hard choice: to stay kind, to keep a promise, to be patient, to be brave. Families have told these stories for generations because they carry a little wisdom that fits into everyday life.
The ten great stories
We are starting with the Mahānipāta, the ten great birth stories. Temiya and Suvaṇṇasāma are ready to read now. The remaining eight books are being prepared and will follow one at a time.
You can already explore a summary of each traditional tale, its themes, and a question to discuss together.
Made for reading together
Every book is an illustrated story to read or listen to, with narration, read-along text, and small moments to take part in along the way. There are no scores, timers, or ads. A story should feel like a story.
